May 08 Few thoughts on the current Taiwan scandalThough I am not a person into politics but often I found reading them are quite amusing. Out of boredom I watched the Taiwan TV show in regarding the current foreign fee scandal with Papua New Guinea. Long story short the deputy premier of TW and minister of foreign affair claimed that they have been fraud by couple of middleman with total amount of 30 Million dollars. It was later discovered there is a high possibility the officials are using foreign affairs as excuses to finance their private bank account.
I am not here to judge right or wrong, however i have some personal opinions on REFINING THE STRATEGY THEY SHOULD VE USED WHICH WOULD LESS LIKELY BE DISCOVERED. lol
First, why did they pick Popua New Guinea? A country that had solid diplomatic relationship with China. They should ve picked a much smaller country that has existing diplomatic relationship
Second, why is their excuse on spending 30 mil "building diplomatic relationship" should ve used something like "financing brother countries on improving their quality of living lawl ! "
Lastly, they shouldve better communication between committed members, aka "Team work", Double crossing is the last thing that shouldve happend in a successful fraud. Instead letting this incident been discovered, they should intentionally let the media hear their part of story and direct the media in searching the truth. According to Sun Zi war strategy , If you know both yourself and your enemy, you can come out of hundreds of battles without danger ,
Obviously they never did any RISK ANALYSIS according to their performance in front of media, which is ...POOR, I mean seriously who are you going to fool if you pretending that you are going to cry infront of media lol
Improvents that can be made in the future :
Pick better team members in committing a serious crime like this LAWL!
May 05 To buy or not to buy, that is the questionAccording to the survey:
Melbourne house prices jumped 25.9 per cent for the year, and continued to perform strongly in the March quarter with a 4.1 per cent rise.
Sydney's annual price rise was a less spectacular 7.1 per cent over the year. Over the March quarter Sydney's prices went backwards by 1.5 per cent. Elsewhere, Brisbane prices rose 20.8 per cent for the year, but just 2.8 per cent for the March quarter. Now why da fuck is Melbourne house price still rising when every other city either slowing down or decline? ok like I said it is fukn hard to rent a place in Melbourne regardless city or suburb, with interest rates sky high, Melbourne house price is still going nuts. From now on, I am just going to pray everyday that by the time I purchase the house, the price is not too far ahead. 26 % increase a year, come on, you gota be kidding me! I prob have to blame all the bloody ppl that moved into Melbourne, its time for u guys to GTFO(get the fuk out)
May 02 ANZ volumteer day at Puffing BillyFirst Volumteer day I joined ANZ! Spent whole day cutting "unwanted trees" in the bloody jungle with the team. Labor work was hard so we had to bail after lunch. I got bite by leechers right on the belly!
Long story short I am not going back to the jungles again....
on a side note I gained 5 kg for the last 2 months, will post some muscle pictures later on :P
April 11 Long time no blogHey Guys:
It has been while since I posted my last blog. I kept in contact with you guys on msn anyway so I don't have much to write. Things are going crazy at the moment as I work 32 hrs a week with full time studies. Getting up at 7 and coming home at 10 is how busy I am right now. People kept asking me why did I choose to work 4 days while attending university. It was simple because I had to save up for house deposits so sooner I work more money I could save. My parents decided to buy a house sometimes this year so I am helping out.
My life finally become systematic as I had no time to waste anymore. No more getting up at 12, no more gaming until 3, no more 2 meals a day no more gabbage life :P Workwise I have been assigned to the Personal Finance Division, Switching technology to be more specific. The contract finishes at Jan 2009 just before my graduate rotation starts. It is a great team with great people, all the ATMS around AUS are tested here before launch in production so i am expecting some heavy lifting job :)
I will have few weeks of annual leave so hopefully I will be visiting friends in Nanjing later on. Are you guys ready for me?
Grats to Sister and Ian on their traditional Chinese Wedding(2nd time ) hopefully see you guys soon in Melbourne
Jason December 20 BBQ with all the work matesOur team is prob the most down to earth team i have seen. Everyone is chill and cool, and mostly they swear as much as I did. Anyway the photo album i posted is the Christmas BBQ + a tour in Beer brewry, we even made our own brand for the beers we made which is pretty sweet. Would you say i am personal attached with ANZ? hell yea I am consider the fun I had with those guys.
Socialize as much as I can and proactively seeking for opportunities to contribute for the team have earned me the trust. Therefore I been given a serious task which is an business process automation tool for the entire team (my boss's boss 's team lawl ) I am confident and ambitious and have no doubt that I am heading towards the right direction on my career path.
That been said I kinda miss all the friends who are not here with me. Damn you Cherie if you would been here I won't eat trash food everyday because i am too lazy to cook ! Hurry up and come back! your room mate needs your services (cooking + cleaning )

恩， 芸同学要去sydney 了，最近的衣食住行都被她包办， 所以要真诚的感激一下， 虽然食物不能说是顶级，但吃起来很香，虽然家里依然很乱，但乱的有秩序。 我可以很负责的说一句， 等你回melbourne， 请你继续包办我的衣食住行哈哈 祝，工作顺利， 生活愉快 November 11 我最近的心情日记很久没写blog 了， 也许是因为失去了以往的激情， 以往的目标，好像我已经achieve了什么似的 这两天我又试着调整回原来的心态。毕竟我不能再像以前那样狂，那样张扬了。 路还是要脚踏实地的走。还有1 个星期就要开始考试了， 以我以往的话说，小菜一碟， 但我今天要说，我要准备充分的进入考场，以闭我轻狂之风 不知道为什么， 我最近经历到的很多事， 都跟投资银行擦边， 难道我命运中会和这种职业有瓜葛吗? 从小立志要做IT人的我自从来到墨尔本大学就越来越远离IT，但最吸引我的还是investment banker 那种生活，那种整天有风险的生活，我天生冒险的性格也许更能在投资银行找到我的乐趣 至于感情的问题吗，很多兄弟问我如何还是单身，哈哈，这个吗就不是我能决定的了，我一向对感情是3分钟热度，对喜欢的女孩也是一样，说得狂一点，如果我和其他人一样在规定的年龄谈婚论嫁，那我岂不是跟普通人一样，没一点新意。我承认不久之前受很多我身边的人的影响，我的确尝试过进入一段平稳的感情，但过了一阵子我就失去了那个动力。 在我眼里，事业，成就，是更诱人的女孩， 对它们我也许永远不会失去激情 but hey who knows , if I finally find my soul mate, somebody who shares the same interest, same vision as I do.
